The Goulburn-Murray Region sits on the land of the Yorta Yorta Nation, on the junction of the Goulburn and Murray Rivers in northeast Victoria and southern New South Wales.

The Goulburn Murray Bowls Region was officially formed at the inaugural Annual General Meeting held at Shepparton Park Bowls Club on 24th May 2021, as a result of the amalgamation of the Central, Goulburn Valley and Murray Bowls Divisions following the decision of Bowls Victoria to remove Divisions from their structure.

We wish to acknowledge the history and efforts of those previous administrators and bowlers from those divisions.

The Goulburn Murray Bowls Region consists of 36 member clubs which have over 2200 members approximately and are divided into two playing areas, Goulburn Valley and Murray.

The 24 member clubs that form the Goulburn Valley Playing Area are;

Alexandra, Avenel, Colbinabbin, Dookie, East Shepparton, Eildon, Euroa, Hilltop, Kyabram, Merrigum, Mooroopna, Mooroopna Golf, Murchison, Nagambie, Rushworth, Seymour, Seymour VRI, Shepparton Golf, Shepparton Park, Tallygaroopna, Tatura, Violet Town and Yea

The 13 member clubs that form the Murray Playing Area are;

Barooga Sports, Berrigan, Cobram, Finley, Jerilderie, Katandra West, Nathalia, Numurkah, Numurkah Golf,  Picola, Strathmerton, Tocumwal Golf, and Wunghnu.

Visiting bowlers and new members are always most welcome at our member clubs.
